I worked with one partner on this project, commissioned by a client assigned through the Learning Agency at CU Denver.
The client, Lifeway Mobility, requested a short course that would bring new hires on the sales team up to speed on the general information and regional specifics of the Lifeway website.
When my partner and I engaged the client in pre-creation needs assessment meetings they indicated they wanted an interactive "scavenger hunt" activity that would guide the new hires through learning about the website. The behavior change we landed on was "New Sales reps will be fluent in the content on their regional website and use it to guide their client interactions instead of calling on old sales materials."
We initially tried to incorporate a Google Form in the lesson to help keep it self-contained and require no external linking, but that proved unsatisfactory for tracking completion. We settled on an external form that could be downloaded from a link in the lesson.
The knowledge checks and the final scavenger hunt form would be the proof of the learner's completion and competency with the website.
