Unchained At Last

Working in a team of four instructional designers, we built this proposal to meet the business needs of a non-profit legal venture. We proposed using a combination of ADDIE and Design Thinking to create the learning experience, and supported the proposal with an in-depth analysis of the firm's business need for a quick, comprehensive onboarding process for the pro bono lawyers joining the firm. Comprehensive project documentation and a thorough storyboard ensured we would have a solid footing once the design was approved and implemented.
